The online sale of material goods by Consonni Bioalghe Srls to its Customers is regulated by current Italian legislation and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code). By clicking on the SUBMIT ORDER button, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of sale listed in this contract, and authorizes Consonni Bioalghe Srls, at the time of sending, to charge the total amount indicated, including shipping fee when due.

The order number that is assigned at the time of the purchase confirmation is generated progressively and is necessarily unique.


The Customer declares to be a consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 185/1999 and to be of age, and that the data provided by it are correct and truthful.

It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or enter data of third parties. Consonni Bioalghe Srls reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of consumers.

Before sending the order, the Customer is required to read these Conditions of Sale, made available on the site and attached by email in the Order Confirmation to allow reading.

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Consonni Bioalghe Srls. by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will show the date and time of execution of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with Consonni Bioalghe Srls. The message reproduces all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify the correctness and promptly communicate any corrections.


Consonni Bioalghe Srls accepts orders for products within the limits of the existing quantities in stock. Therefore the acceptance of the purchase proposal is subordinated to the availability to warehouse of the same products. Consonni Bioalghe Srls undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable outages due to excess demand or other causes.


All sales prices of the products on the website www.bioalghe.it that constitute public offer pursuant to art. 1336 Civil Code, are inclusive of I.V.A. and any other tax. Prices can be changed by Consonni Bioalghe Srls at any time and without any notice.

Where a product is discounted, both the original price and the discounted final price are indicated.


Shipping costs are currently free for the amount of 35 (thirty-five) Euro or more and the delivery address is located in Italy. For orders less than 35,00 shipping costs amount to 5,90 Euro.

For shipments to Europe or Switzerland, the shipping costs are indicated in the cart once the order has been placed.

For COD orders an additional cost of 3 Euro will be calculated.

For the Collection Mode in Show Room (at our headquarters) by the Customer will not be charged any charge


For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can use a method indicated in the order form. Payments can be made through:

– PayPal
– Credit Card
– Bank transfer in advance
– Marking
– Cash only with the “Show Room Withdrawal” mode.


Payment by PayPal

In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time of the order.

In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of Consonni Bioalghe Srls, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account.

Requested cancellation of the transaction, in no case Consonni Bioalghe Srls can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal.

At no time during the purchase procedure Consonni Bioalghe Srls is able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data is intercepted. No computer archive of Consonni Bioalghe Srls contains or stores such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal.

Payment by Credit Card

In cases where you purchase the goods with payment methods Credit Card (at the conclusion of the order transaction) the bank will authorize the only charge of the amount of the purchase made.

In the event of cancellation of the order both by the Customer and in the event of non-acceptance of the contract by Consonni Bioalghe Srls., will be requested by Consonni Bioalghe Srls. cancellation of the transaction and cancellation of the amount committed. The release times depend exclusively on the Banking system and can reach their expected expiration (24 days from the date of authorization). Once the cancellation of the transaction has been made, Consonni Bioalghe Srls cannot in any case be held responsible for delays and/or damages caused by the Banking system.

For this reason, Consonni Bioalghe Srls cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on its website.

Payment by bank transfer in advance

You can pay by bank transfer in advance. As soon as the order is completed an email will be sent with our bank details to make the Transfer. As soon as we have received the payment, Consonni Bioalghe Srls. will immediately proceed with the shipment of the order. To speed up the shipping process, as soon as you have made the Transfer, you can send us the receipt via Mail taking care that in the receipt is clearly visible the logo of the Bank and the CRO number.

The Bank Transfer must be made by the Customer within 7 (seven) working days from the acceptance of the order by Consonni Bioalghe Srls under penalty of cancellation of the order itself

The costs to be paid to your credit institution to make the transfer will not be attributable to Consonni Bioalghe Srls.

Payment on delivery

In case of purchase with payment by cash on delivery, payment must be made exclusively with cash in Euro to the courier who will make the delivery. The Customer must arrange the exact amount indicated in the Mail Shipping Confirmation The Courier can not give change. Under no circumstances will other means of payment be accepted, such as, but not limited to, bank and bank cheques.

The payment method on delivery has an additional cost of 3 Euro.

The payment method on delivery is not allowed for shipments outside the Italian territory.

Cash Payment on Delivery with On-Site Pick-up

The method of payment by cash on delivery can only be chosen with the “Pick-up at Headquarters” method. The Customer will be required to make arrangements by email or telephone to fix the day and time of collection of the goods ordered at our headquarters.


The value vouchers are personalized DISCOUNT CODES that allow you to take advantage of a discount on purchases made on bioalghe.it.

The DISCOUNT CODE box appears on the first page of the purchase process: once you have entered the items in the Shopping Bag, enter your code in the DISCOUNT CODE box and click on APPLY.

Restrictions on the use of the value voucher:

The value voucher can only be used once;

The value voucher cannot be converted into money in any way;

It will not be possible to use multiple value vouchers in the same order;

The value voucher will apply only to orders whose sales value exceeds at least 1 euro the value of the voucher itself.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items on which you have applied the value voucher following the standard return procedure available in the section Right of withdrawal. Once your return has been accepted, the return code will be reactivated with its original value. The difference in expense you have incurred for the purchase of the item will be credited back to you in accordance with the terms and conditions provided for the normal refund procedure.


The purchase on algheria.it is reserved for final consumers. Our prices include VAT.

For each order, algheria.it issues a receipt; the document will be sent as an attachment to the e-mail confirming the shipment.

Customers who wish to receive the Invoice must request it in advance before completing the order. Once the order is confirmed, there will be no way to modify the data entered by you or issue a new sales document. The Customer assumes all responsibility for the correctness of the data provided.


From the moment the Customer receives the Order Confirmation email, the order will be processed the next day. Consonni Bioalghe Srls reserves the right to process the order no later than fifteen working days from the day on which the order will be “completed”. After this period, the Customer will be informed and may request reimbursement of any sums already paid for the payment of the supply.

Shipping is by Corriere BRT. The package is delivered within 3 working days, excluding Saturdays and holidays. In Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and the Minor Islands the delivery takes place within 4-5 working days.

The times of evasion and delivery are indicative and not guaranteed, in virtue of the multiple variables involved, with particular but not exclusive reference to the delivery phase by the Courier.

Delivery times refer to the products in the warehouse at the time of the purchase order. No liability may be attributed to Consonni Bioalghe Srls for delays in the delivery of goods due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as well as in the event of strikes, weather events, special holidays, inventory, closure for holidays or summer holidays, seat transfers, changes to information systems and other extraordinary events; they are suitable to cause times greater than those indicative in the fulfillment of orders, even in the order of several days.

In any case, if the delivery times of the Product ordered are delayed compared to the delivery times indicated on the Site before the order Consonni Bioalghe Srls undertakes to give prompt notice to the Customer via a message and-email sent to the address indicated by the Customer.

All deliveries of the products will be at risk Consonni Bioalghe Srls until the moment when the Customer or a third party designated by him materially enters into their possession.

In order to carry out the delivery of the products ordered, it is necessary the presence of the Customer or his representative in the place indicated by the Customer, who will then accept the package on his behalf. Courier delivery times are usually between 8:30 and 19:00. In case of absence of the Customer (or of one of its representatives), the freight forwarder will leave a notice with the indications in order to agree on a different delivery date or for collection by the Customer at the nearest GLS warehouse.

If the delivery does not take place due to a fault attributable to the Customer (for example, due to his absence and/or his lack of contact with the Courier, he is obliged to pay the shipping costs incurred by Consonni Bioalghe Srls.

Passage of Risk

The Customer at the time of delivery is required to check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by you by placing a reservation of written check on the proof of delivery. It is understood that, once the delivery document is signed without any dispute, any exception regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods will be precluded.

We ship throughout Italy, except Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Caselle Postale and Fermo Posta. Requests for orders to these addresses will be automatically deleted.

Orders are not processed for non-EU locations except Switzerland and San Marino.


Consonni Bioalghe Srls is responsible to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods and offers this warranty at its headquarters. The guarantee concerns the conformity of the products to the description with particular reference to the composition and weight of the product. Products may have a different appearance than the photo on the website. The warranty lasts 24 months throughout the European Union and is applicable only if the products have been properly stored.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty we inform the consumer of the existence of the legal guarantee of compliance, provided by the Consumer Code to art. 128 ss.

The Consonni Bioalghe Srls brand supplements comply with current regulations, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 111/92 and 169/04. Our food supplements are produced in workshops authorized to produce products intended for a particular diet pursuant to art. 10 of D.Lgs. 111/92. Food supplements marketed by Consonni Bioalghe Srls under the Biocean brand are produced by a company authorized by the Ministry of Health.

Product information is general and commercial, without scientific or medical claims. The suitability of the products for a specific diet or the personal sensitivity to individual ingredients must be checked with your doctor.


The products sold by Consonni Bioalghe Srls must be kept and stored by the Customer using the necessary precautions and precautions relating to the nature of the products themselves.

Negligence and/or inexperience in the storage of each product can damage it and compromise its qualities. Timing Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise the right of withdrawal, ie decide to return the item to the seller without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days from delivery (or from the delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries). The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.»

Return time

We remind you to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Refund in case of Withdrawal

According to the provisions of art. 56 of the Consumer Code, the refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, as required by law.

If you cancel this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by us)without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. The refund may be withheld beyond 14 days only until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods or until they have been received by us, whichever occurs first.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund.

Drop in Value

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from a manipulation not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, the seller may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to their impairment.

Withdrawal by the seller in case of withdrawal

Please note that in case of withdrawal the costs for returning the item (e.g. shipping and packaging) are at your expense. In the event that we take care of withdrawing the goods, in case of withdrawal, the cost is estimated to be a maximum of 12.00 EURO.

For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is mandatory of the court of his municipality of residence or his domicile; in all other cases, the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Court of Milan.
